GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• You can return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
• We do not offer an exchange service. If you wish, you can make a return and place a new order.
• The items to be returned must be in perfect condition (original condition); They must not have been used and must be returned complete and in the same condition as when they were first delivered (packaging, labels, etc.).
• Socks and underwear are not returnable.
• The refund will be processed once the items have been received and inspected . This process may take 5 to 7 working days.
