How does a return work?

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• You can cancel orders from Germany within 14 days of receipt and send them back to us via DHL . Please use your customer account to do this. If not all items are displayed in your customer account, your order arrived in several packages. In this case, you would have to request a separate return for each delivery.
  
• For returns from Germany, a flat fee of €4.99 is charged.
• Returns outside of Germany must be sent independently. It is imperative that these are correctly declared as returns . If the return is not correctly declared, WEAK KIDS reserves the right to charge any costs incurred (customs, sales tax).
• Send the items via a shipping service provider of your choice to the following address:

If you need to return an item because it was delivered defectively or incorrectly, we will examine this on a case-by-case basis and refund the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact our support team .

You can use our returns portal regardless of the shipping method you choose. The returns label must be printed out and stuck to the package in a clearly visible place.

There is no right to a refund or exchange for items that have been worn or washed.

The item must be returned in its original condition and with all associated labels.

The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.

Processing a return can take up to 14 working days.
